Introduction
This flavorful tandoori chicken wings recipe achieves the same restaurant-quality tandoori flavors and taste, yet is surprisingly easy to make in your air fryer or oven (no traditional tandoor required!). As with most tandoori dishes, these chicken wings are marinated with creamy yogurt and Indian spices These spicy wings are perfect for a family dinner and can also be made in a big batch for a crowd. Preparing the Tandoori Masala
4-5 Dry Red Chillies
10-12 Cloves
1 tsp Peppercorns
12-15 Green Cardamom Pods
2 Black Cardamom Pods
1 blade Mace
1-inch Cinnamon Stick
1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1/4 Nutmeg
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
2 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
Salt (as required)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Ginger Powder
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
Marinating the Chicken
10 Chicken Wings
2-3 tbsp Curd
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp Tandoori Spice Masala
2-3 tbsp Chickpea Flour
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Salt (as required)
For Smokiness

Dried Fenugreek Leaves

**Bake the Wings for 25-30 minutes @250° Celsius
